Private visit to NYC: 5 hour minimum
I rent a top of the line boutique playspace in NYC in which to conduct my scene play. This location is discreet, extremely well equipped, and contains many large custom structural pieces of unique bondage furniture very similar to what can be experienced in my own studio in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. I enjoy scenarios of 5 hours and longer when traveling to NYC. Expect dedicated BDSM environments, ambience, and esoteric scene music. Full amenities (bathroom and running water) included. Though I do enjoy traveling to NYC and playing there, it is very expensive for me to do so. I arrange a modest yet clean hotel for myself to stay in (I do not play in NYC hotels and will not do so for discretionary reasons) and must house my vehicle, which I bring with specialized gear. I am leaving the comfort of my own studio in Pittsburgh and driving a full day. There is set up time and related stress. Please do not contact me to attempt to haggle or dictate what my rate or scene length times should be, or to suggest shorter time periods and different arrangements. Sorry - I but I will immediately cut contact with you if you do this. It is unfortunate that I have to state this on this page, but I would like to save time and bad feelings if seeing me is not financially possible, or for the amount of time I require minimally. The rate is specific for NYC trips and it is certainly not "high" for the region (I have done the research) and is comparable to what other professionals already ask for who travel to and are based in NYC. Health / safety policy: Intense sensations are fully negotiated pre play. Necessary equipment is autoclave sterilized. Chux pads are used on equipment, the space is properly cleaned, and no outdoor shoes are allowed inside. No biohazerdous activities engaged.
